Calm the Chaos at Home

A 4-Week Live Nervous System Training for Overwhelmed Parents Ready to Move from Survival Mode to Feeling Calm, Confident, and Connected in Hard Moments.

More calm. Less chaos. Real support.

If you find yourself snapping and then feeling awful.  Or shutting down and checking out.  Or trying new strategies that work for a few days and then fall apart…

You are not dealing with a discipline problem.  Your nervous system is in survival mode, and it’s driving your reactions.  When survival mode takes over, your best intentions disappear.  Consistency collapses.  Connection feels harder.

This 4-week live experience teaches you how to regulate first so everything else actually works.

WHEN:  April 20th – May 11th

COST:  $97

How this works:

  • Weekly live calls to clarify patterns, answer questions, and apply the framework to real parenting moments

  • Short, focused lessons (10–15 minutes) that help you understand how survival mode shapes your reactions

  • Structured weekly focus so you can recognize your stress signals sooner

  • A supportive community for steady implementation and accountability.

Replays included so you can stay consistent even during busy weeks.

Why a bootcamp?

When you are in survival mode, more information does not help.  Most parents already know what they “should” do.  The problem is not knowledge.  It is what happens in the moment.

When emotions run high, your reactions and your child’s reactions feed off each other.  That's what turns small moments into power struggles, shutdowns, or escalation. That's why strategies feel inconsistent.

What actually changes patterns is structure and support while real-life moments are happening.  That is why this is a bootcamp.

This is not a course you consume alone. It's a short, focused experience designed to help you understand what is happening between you and your child — and how to shift that pattern in real time.

What makes this different:

  • A clear weekly focus so you know exactly what to practice
  • Live support as you apply this work in everyday parenting moments
  • Accountability that helps steadier responses become consistent
  • Real-time clarification when power struggles or meltdowns unfold

This is structured support for the parent-child relationship, not another resource to save for later.

I want support, not more pressure

Who this is for...

This bootcamp is designed for parents of toddlers and preschoolers who are in the thick of it and want parenting to feel more manageable right now.

It's a good fit if you:

  • Feel reactive more often than you want to
  • Know what you want to do differently but struggle to access it under stress
  • Feel worn down by repeated power struggles and big emotions
  • Want guidance and support, not another strategy list
  • Are open to practicing small changes over time instead of aiming for perfection

This bootcamp is not about fixing your child or eliminating hard moments.  It's about supporting you so those moments do not take over your day or your sense of confidence.

This bootcamp is best for parents who want support and structure, not a quick fix or a promise that hard moments will disappear

HOW THE BOOTCAMP SUPPORTS YOU, WEEK BY WEEK

You focus on one thing at a time. Nothing extra.

Week 1. Calm the Chaos

Week one focuses on what helps when big emotions are already happening.

This week offers simple guidance and tools parents can use to help intense moments settle, especially when old approaches no longer work and everything feels overwhelming.

The focus is on getting through the moment with more confidence and less second-guessing.

What this week supports:

  • A clearer sense of what to do during meltdowns
  • Fewer moments that spiral out of control
  • More confidence in the middle of big emotions
  • Easier recovery once the moment passes

This week helps parents feel less lost in the moment and more able to handle what’s happening right now.

Week 2. When Everything Turns Into a Power Struggle

Week two focuses on what to do when everything starts turning into a battle.

This week addresses the arguing, refusal, and back-and-forth that leave parents feeling worn down and unsure how to hold boundaries without yelling or giving in.

You will learn how your child’s drive for autonomy is developmentally normal — and how your own stress, urgency, or need for control can unintentionally escalate resistance.

When emotions run high on both sides, moments quickly turn into tug-of-war.

This week helps you step out of that dynamic. You will learn how to hold limits with steadiness, reduce unnecessary escalation, and lead without overpowering.

What this week supports:

• Fewer emotionally fueled arguments
• Clearer boundaries that feel steadier to enforce
• Less repetitive back-and-forth around everyday requests
• More confidence holding limits without escalating

By the end of this week, you will feel more grounded, less reactive, and more secure in your role when power struggles arise.

Week 3. Respond Differently in Hard Moments

Week three focuses on what happens when your capacity is low and reactions feel automatic.

This week addresses the moments when exhaustion, overwhelm, or stress make snapping or shutting down feel almost inevitable — followed by guilt or regret afterward.

You will learn how low capacity affects your nervous system, how it impacts your child, and how those moments shape the pattern between you.

Instead of trying to “hold it together” perfectly, this week teaches how to reset, repair, and rebuild steadiness after things go sideways.

What this week supports:

  • Fewer reactive moments driven by exhaustion
  • Shorter recovery time after hard interactions
  • Clear repair that restores connection
  • More confidence moving forward instead of getting stuck in guilt

By the end of this week, you will understand that mistakes do not break the relationship — and that repair is where connection and confidence are strengthened for both of you.

Week 4. Make It Stick

Week four focuses on what helps steadier parenting become consistent instead of temporary.

This week addresses the second-guessing, backtracking, and inconsistency that show up when you are tired or unsure what to do next.

You will learn how predictability in your responses helps your child feel more secure — and how that consistency reduces repeated battles over time.

Instead of reacting differently every day, this week helps you build clear expectations and repeatable responses that work even when life feels busy or stressful.

What this week supports:

  • Less second-guessing in hard moments
  • Fewer repeated conflicts around the same issues
  • Clearer follow-through without added intensity
  • More confidence in your role and your responses

By the end of this week, you will leave with a steadier approach you can continue practicing long after the bootcamp ends.

Hi, I'm Jill

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Early Childhood Interventionist. For nearly three decades, I’ve worked with young children and their parents through big emotions, challenging behavior, and the everyday stress of raising little kids.

I’ve sat with thousands of parents who felt overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure why what they were trying wasn’t working.

Here’s what I’ve seen again and again:   Most parents don’t need more strategies.  They need clarity about what’s happening in their child’s developing brain, how stress shapes their own reactions, and what actually matters in hard moments.

That’s why I created this bootcamp.  Not to teach perfection.  Not to hand you another checklist.   But to help you build steadiness — so your responses become clearer, your follow-through becomes stronger, and hard moments don’t define your home.

This work is about understanding development, honoring individual wiring, and responding in ways that fit your child and your family.

You do not need to overhaul everything.  You need a steadier way through the hard parts.

I’ll teach you how to build that.

WHAT THIS BOOTCAMP DOES DIFFERENTLY...

This bootcamp focuses on what is happening beneath the behavior — in you and in your child — when moments feel hardest.

When emotions run high, both nervous systems are involved.  Yours and your child’s.

Instead of asking you to stay calm, be consistent, or try harder, this work helps you understand what is driving the reaction — and how to respond in ways that actually settle the interaction.

Inside the bootcamp, the focus is on:

  • Recognizing your own stress signals before they take over
  • Understanding what your child is capable of managing in the moment
  • Responding in ways that lower escalation instead of fueling it
  • Repairing after hard moments so connection is strengthened, not strained
  • Building predictable, repeatable responses that create steadiness over time

This is not about perfect reactions or eliminating hard days.  It is about changing the pattern between you.

Less unnecessary tension.  Clearer connection.  A steadier way through everyday parenting.

What’s Included...

You don’t need a packed portal or hours of content to catch up on.  You need clear structure, steady guidance, and support that fits into real days with toddlers and preschoolers.

Inside the bootcamp, you’ll receive:

  • Four short weekly lessons (10–15 minutes each) so you know exactly what to focus on without overwhelm
  • A simple, structured workbook to help you apply what you’re learning and stay consistent week to week
  • Weekly live coaching calls, with replays, to clarify real-life situations as they unfold
  • A private parent community for reflection, questions, and accountability

To support the moments that feel hardest, you’ll also receive:

  • Clear boundary language that reduces debates and repetitive back-and-forth
  • Simple repair frameworks to help you reconnect after hard moments and move forward with steadiness

Everything is designed to be used in the middle of real life — not saved for later or done perfectly.

You’ll have lifetime access to the lessons and resources.

Live coaching calls and the private community are available during the live bootcamp only.

Imagine parenting without carrying so much pressure...

Imagine moving through your day without feeling constantly on edge — not because your child suddenly became easy, but because your body isn’t bracing for the next hard moment.

Imagine having more space before you react, and recovering more quickly when things go sideways.  Holding limits without spiraling into guilt or getting pulled into power struggles that leave everyone drained.

Hard moments will still happen.  Kids will still struggle.  Life will still feel full.  What changes is how those moments land in you — and how long they linger.  Instead of tension stacking from one interaction to the next, there is more room to reset, reconnect, and move forward without carrying it all.

That is what this bootcamp is designed to support.  Not perfection.  Not fixing everything.  A steadier way through real parenting days.

If you’re ready to build steadiness instead of cycling through the same hard patterns, this is your next step.

I want this kind of change

You may be thinking…

“I don’t have time for this.”

This bootcamp was designed for parents with full days and limited bandwidth.  Lessons are short. The weekly focus is clear. Live calls are supportive, not overwhelming. You engage at the level you can each week — and still make progress.

“I’ve tried other programs before.”

This isn’t about adding more strategies.  It’s about understanding what interrupts the strategies you already know — and building the steadiness to use them when emotions run high.

“I’m worried I won’t follow through.”

That concern makes sense. Most parents don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because stress takes over and there is no structure to support change.  This bootcamp provides that structure, week by week, so you are not left trying to shift patterns on your own.

If these thoughts feel familiar, it likely means you are ready for something more grounded and consistent.

This is the work that changes the pattern.

A quick note on expectations...

This bootcamp is not about being calm all the time.

It will not eliminate hard days, big emotions, or developmental challenges. Toddlers and preschoolers will still be toddlers and preschoolers.

What it will do is help you:

  • Feel steadier in your body when emotions run high
  • Catch escalation earlier
  • Recover more quickly after hard moments
  • Respond with more intention when things do not go as planned
  • Stay more consistent without overthinking every decision

Progress here looks like small shifts that build over time.

Less bracing in your body.
More clarity in the moment.
A shorter distance between rupture and repair.

This is not about perfection.  It is about building steadiness that you can return to again and again.

That is the kind of support this bootcamp is designed to provide.

Before you decide...

You’re here because something about the way things feel at home right now isn’t working.

You want steadiness.
You want clearer follow-through.
You want connection that lasts beyond one good day.

This bootcamp is for parents who are ready to practice small shifts consistently.

If after the first week you decide this is not the right fit, you may request a full refund.

This policy exists to support alignment — not to encourage hesitation.
