Why a bootcamp?

When you’re overwhelmed, more information saved for later doesn’t help.

Many parents save things with good intentions, hoping they’ll get to them when life slows down. But when days are full and emotions run high, implementation is what gets lost.

What helps is structure, support, encouragement, and gentle accountability while life is actually happening.

That’s why this is a bootcamp.

This is not a set of lessons you’re expected to consume perfectly on your own.
It’s a short, supported container designed to help you move from intention to action, even on hard days.

What makes this different:

  • Clear structure so you always know what to focus on
  • Live support while you’re in the middle of it
  • Encouragement when motivation drops
  • Gentle accountability that helps you take action
  • Real-time guidance when parenting doesn’t go as planned

This is real-life support for real-life parenting, not another thing to save and hope you’ll use later.

I want support, not more pressure

This bootcamp is designed for parents of toddlers and preschoolers who...

  • Feel overwhelmed or reactive more often than they’d like
  • Want to yell less and feel calmer in hard moments
  • Understand their child needs support, but feel unsure how to respond when emotions run high

This bootcamp helps you slow things down, build capacity, and respond more intentionally when it matters most.

This is education, coaching, and live support.
It is not therapy.

HOW THE BOOTCAMP SUPPORTS YOU, WEEK BY WEEK

You focus on one thing at a time. Nothing extra.

Week 1. Calm the Chaos

Let's lower the intensity so you can think again.

This week focuses on helping your body and mind slow down enough to get through the day without feeling constantly on edge. You’ll learn a few simple resets that reduce reactivity and make hard moments feel more manageable.

What you'll notice:
• Fewer blowups
• Less urgency
• More space to pause

Week 2. Understand What’s Really Going On

So expectations feel clearer and parenting feels easier.

This week helps you understand what your child can and can’t do yet, and why behavior often looks worse under stress.   You’ll learn what’s realistic to expect at this age so you’re not asking too much or too little, which immediately lowers frustration for both you and your child.

What you’ll notice:
• Clearer expectations
• Less personalization
• Fewer power struggles

Week 3. Respond Differently in Hard Moments

Practice with support, not pressure.

This is where real-time support matters. You’ll bring real situations into coaching calls and get guidance on what to try next, so you’re not figuring it out alone when things get messy.

What you’ll notice:
• Less yelling
• Faster recovery after hard moments
• More confidence in what to do next

Week 4. Make It Stick

So you leave knowing what actually works for you.

This week focuses on what’s sustainable. You’ll clarify what’s helping, what to keep practicing, and how to move forward without losing momentum after the bootcamp ends.

What you’ll notice:
• Clearer next steps
• More trust in yourself
• Less dread about the next hard moment

Hi, I'm Jill

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Early Childhood Interventionist. I’ve spent nearly three decades working with young children and their parents, supporting families through big emotions, challenging behavior, and the everyday stress of raising little kids.

I’ve sat with thousands of parents who felt overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure why what they were trying wasn’t working. What I’ve seen again and again is this:  Most parents don’t need more strategies.  They need clarity about what’s actually happening in their child’s developing brain, how stress affects their own responses, and what matters most in hard moments..

That’s why I created this bootcamp.

Not to teach you how to be a “perfect” parent.
Not to give you a long list of things to do.

But to help you calm the chaos, build capacity, and move through hard moments with more clarity and confidence.

This work is about understanding development, honoring unique wiring, and choosing strategies that actually fit your child and family.

You don’t need to overhaul everything.
You need a steadier way through the hard parts.

I’ll be here to guide you through that.

WHAT THIS BOOTCAMP DOES DIFFERENTLY...

This is not about doing more. It’s about changing how the hard moments land.

Instead of adding more parenting strategies to your plate, this bootcamp helps you change what’s happening underneath the reaction.

When stress is high, your nervous system shifts into protection mode.  That makes it harder to think clearly, respond calmly, and follow through the way you want to.

This bootcamp focuses on building capacity first, so the tools you already know actually work when you need them.

Inside this approach, you’ll learn how to:

  • Pause before reacting, even when emotions spike
  • Reduce the pressure that fuels yelling and power struggles
  • Repair after hard moments without guilt or spiraling
  • Hold boundaries without threats, lectures, or losing control

This isn’t about getting it right every time.  It’s about feeling steadier and more capable when things are hard.

Less tension in your body.
More clarity in the moment.
A calmer way through real parenting days.

What’s Included...

Let's be honest, you don’t need a packed portal or hours of content to catch up on.  You need clear structure, steady guidance, and support that fits into real days with toddlers and preschoolers.  Here’s what you’ll have inside the bootcamp:

  • Four short weekly lessons (10–15 minutes each) so you know exactly what to focus on, without overwhelm
  • A brief daily regulation practice to help your body settle before reacting
  • A simple, guided workbook to help you apply what you’re learning and stay consistent week to week
  • Weekly live coaching calls, with replays, so you can get guidance on real situations as they’re happening
  • A supportive parent community where you can ask questions, reflect, and feel less alone

To help you avoid power struggles and hold limits more effectively, I’m also including:

  • An Enforceable Statements handout to help you set boundaries without debates, threats, or repeated reminders
  • Repair scripts to help you reconnect after hard moments and move forward without guilt

Everything here is designed to be used in the middle of real life, not saved for later or done perfectly.

Imagine parenting without carrying so much pressure...

Imagine moving through your day without feeling constantly on edge. Not because your child suddenly became easy, but because your body isn’t bracing for the next hard moment.

Imagine having a little more space before you react, and a quicker recovery when things go sideways. Holding limits without spiraling into guilt, second-guessing, or power struggles that leave everyone drained.

This isn’t about being calm all the time or getting parenting “right.” Hard moments will still happen. Kids will still struggle. Life will still feel full.

What changes is how those moments land in your body and how long they linger.

With more regulation and support, the tension doesn’t stack the same way. You’re able to think more clearly in the moment, return to connection more easily, and move through hard days with less internal fallout.

That’s what this bootcamp is designed to support.
Not perfection. Not fixing everything.
Just a steadier way through real parenting days with toddlers and preschoolers.

I want this kind of change

You may be thinking…

“I don’t have time for this.”

This bootcamp was designed for parents with full lives and very little extra bandwidth. Lessons are short. Practices are brief. Live calls are there to support you, not overwhelm you. You engage at the level that fits your capacity.

“I’ve tried other programs before.”

This isn’t about collecting more parenting strategies. It’s about understanding what’s getting in the way of the strategies you already know, and building the internal capacity to actually use them when things are hard.

“I’m worried I won’t follow through.”

That concern makes sense. Most parents don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they’re trying to do everything alone. This is structured support, week by week, so you’re not left to figure it out on your own.

If any of these thoughts sound familiar, this bootcamp was designed with you in mind.

A quick note on expectations...

This bootcamp is not about becoming calm all the time.

It won’t remove hard days, big emotions, or developmental challenges. Toddlers and preschoolers will still be toddlers and preschoolers.

What it will do is help you:

• Feel steadier in your body more often
• Catch yourself sooner when stress is rising
• Recover more quickly after hard moments
• Respond with more intention, even when things don’t go as planned

Progress here looks like small shifts that add up over time.

Less bracing.
More clarity in the moment.
A shorter distance between rupture and repair.

You don’t need to show up perfectly.
You don’t need to keep up with everything.
You don’t need to change who you are.

You just need to be willing to practice, notice, and come back again.

That’s enough for this work to help.

Before you decide...

You’re here because the way things feel at home right now isn’t working for you.

You want things to feel calmer, more manageable, and more connected.

This bootcamp is for parents who are ready to commit to change.  Having said that, if after the first week you decide this isn’t the right support for you right now, you can request a full refund.

This policy exists to support alignment, not hesitation.
