These Terms of Service govern all coaching, educational programs, digital products, and membership services provided by The Mentor Mom, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any service or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Terms (Applies to All Services)

Nature of Services: All services provided by The Mentor Mom, LLC are educational and coaching based. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. Services focus on education, mindset, nervous system awareness, and practical strategies for parents and individuals.

The role of The Mentor Mom, LLC is to provide education, guidance, and coaching support. We do not diagnose conditions, provide clinical treatment, or offer individualized medical or mental health care.

Client Responsibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate. You agree to engage voluntarily and take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes.

  • Results depend on your personal effort, consistency, and application.
  • No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • You agree to seek appropriate professional support if you experience distress that requires medical, therapeutic, or emergency care.

Confidentiality: Information shared during one to one coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including risk of harm, abuse, or court order.

Group programs, live calls, and community spaces are not confidential environments. Participants are responsible for their own privacy and discretion when sharing personal information.

Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Care: Services are not intended to address trauma, diagnose conditions, or treat mental health disorders. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require immediate care, you agree to seek help from a licensed provider or emergency services.

Scheduling and Cancellations: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Sessions start and end on time. Late arrivals do not extend session length. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-canceled sessions are non refundable.

Payment and Refund Policy: Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment. Fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated within a specific program section below. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Intellectual Property: All materials, videos, downloads, workbooks, and content are owned by The Mentor Mom, LLC and are for personal, non commercial use only.

Technology Disclaimer: Access to digital content may occasionally be interrupted due to platform or internet issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kent County, Michigan.


Mental Health Coaching

Mental health coaching supports mindset awareness, emotional regulation skills, and personal development. This service is educational and coaching based only and is not therapy or clinical mental health treatment.


Parent Coaching

Parent coaching provides education, insight, and practical strategies to support parent child relationships and everyday parenting challenges. This service is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health or medical care.


Calm the Chaos Bootcamp

Calm the Chaos Bootcamp is a short term educational program designed to support parents who are feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or emotionally depleted.

The bootcamp includes structured lessons, guided practices, and optional live support. This program is educational and coaching based only.

Refund Policy: Calm the Chaos Bootcamp includes a 7 day refund window beginning on the date access is first granted to the course materials or community, whichever occurs first.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 calendar days. No refunds are issued after this period for any reason.



5 Steps to Talking Mini-Workshop

The 5 Steps to Talking Mini-Workshop is a short, on demand educational workshop designed to help parents understand the foundational skills that support early communication.

The workshop provides a clear framework for understanding how communication develops before words, why some children struggle to move into talking, and what to focus on first at home. Content is delivered through pre recorded video instruction and optional worksheets.

This workshop is educational only. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, individualized treatment plans, or clinical speech language services.

All purchases are non refundable once access is granted.


How to Get Your Toddler Talking Course

How to Get Your Toddler Talking is a structured, self paced educational course designed to help parents support toddler communication at home in a developmentally informed way.

The course includes short video lessons, practical strategies, and planning tools that guide parents through understanding their child’s communication stage, choosing appropriate strategies, and applying them consistently within daily routines.

Parents receive lifetime access to the course portal and lesson materials. Access to any community spaces, live coaching, or additional supports is time limited and defined at the time of enrollment.

This course is educational and coaching based. It is not therapy, speech language treatment, or medical care. Participation does not create a therapist client relationship.

All purchases are non refundable once access is granted.


Big Picture Parenting Program and Membership

Big Picture Parenting is an educational parent coaching program designed to support parents in understanding child development, their own nervous system responses, and practical strategies for navigating everyday parenting challenges.

The program focuses on building awareness, capacity, and consistency over time. Content may include short lessons, guided reflections, tools, and optional community discussion. The emphasis is on education, insight, and skill building rather than behavior correction or clinical intervention.

Standalone Program: A one time purchase provides access to the program materials delivered at the time of enrollment. All sales are final.

Membership Option: A recurring subscription that provides ongoing access to educational materials and community spaces. Membership content may evolve over time as new materials are added or updated.

Live calls, coaching sessions, or real time events are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of enrollment. Access to community spaces and live components is contingent on an active subscription.

Big Picture Parenting is educational and coaching based only. It does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds are provided.


Mentor Mom Academy Membership

Mentor Mom Academy is an educational membership that provides access to a growing library of parenting resources and a private community space focused on child development, parenting mindset, and practical strategies.

The membership may include educational videos, written guides, and community discussion. Live calls, workshops, or real time events are not guaranteed and may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

Pricing and Access: At the time of enrollment, Mentor Mom Academy may be offered at no cost. The Mentor Mom, LLC reserves the right to introduce paid pricing in the future. If pricing changes, members will be notified in advance and given the option to continue or cancel.

If the membership becomes paid, pricing is expected to be low cost and recurring. All billing terms will be communicated prior to any charges.

Cancellation: If Mentor Mom Academy becomes a paid membership, you may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Access may be removed upon cancellation or nonpayment.

Mentor Mom Academy is educational and coaching based only. Participation is voluntary and outcomes depend on individual engagement.


Modifications

The Mentor Mom, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


Commitment to Ethical Practice

All services are delivered ethically, transparently, and within appropriate professional boundaries.


Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
