The Mentor Mom Podcast

Parenting is a long and bumpy journey with many highs and, unfortunately, an equal amount of lows for many. As someone who has been working with families for nearly 30 years and as a mom to two young adults, I have learned a lot about what is truly important and what is not. Hindsight is 20/20 and there are a lot of things I would do differently as a parent. This podcast is designed to be a love letter to my children, my future grandchildren and future generations. I hope to save them some of the pain, anguish and self-doubt that often comes with the parenting by providing them insights, tools, and strategies to build their parenting self-confidence. In doing so, I hope it will allow them to find more joy in the parenting journey. My life's purpose has been to provide parents with the skills needed to raise emotionally healthy adults who will leave the world a more loving, kind and compassionate place for all.
